Being in the Pittsburgh area, our weather can be funny (the uncooperative kind of funny not the ha ha kind!) In that case we'll get your vehicle taken care of ASAP.
If something unexpected happens on our part, your appointment will be rescheduled to our soonest availability. If that happens to be an evening or weekend time, of course you WIIL NOT be charged a premium!
Steam cleaning is available for interior cleaning or for engine bay cleaning. Ozone treatments are only available with a full interior detail. Steam cleaning uses vapor to a give deeper level of clean to leather, carpet, and upholstery. It can be used with or without chemicals, can be used in instances when shampooing can't(such as dashboards, door panels, and center consoles), and is a great way to remove most dirt and odors. Ozone treatments remove sources, such as mold, mildew, bacteria of those stubborn odors that normal cleaning can't. It also removes the airborne remnants left behind by those sources. Leaving behind fresh, clean air! These two services can even be paired together!
There is a $30-50 fee for excessive interior (excessive pet hair, stains, trash) or exterior (bird droppings, bug guts, tar or tree sap) dirt.
We will remove and replace car seats but WILL NOT secure them. Please remember to refasten your seats.
